Ordering Options
You have 4 easy choices when ordering products from ELTAGOLF.COM: online,
by e-mail, by fax and over the telephone. Online orders are placed through
our secure shopping cart, which we have made sure is extra easy for
you to use. Our SSL protects your privacy, so you don't have to worry
about your information going anywhere but to our check out counter.

How to Order Online
If you know how to use a mouse and your Web browser, you can order
quickly and easily through ELTAGOLF.COM. Click here for detailed steps

Payment Methods
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard. A little bit about the payment
process. When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold
until the transaction is completed. When the order is shipped, the payment
is processed. Your billing information must be exactly as it appears
on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order
cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names, and avoid
using abbreviations unless that's how it appears on your statement.
Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address
associated with your credit card.

Shipping & Delivery
Our goal is to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through
Friday (holidays and weekends excluded). Whenever possible, orders are
shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping and handling charges
are added to the invoice at the time of processing. Because of size
and weight limitations, shipments may arrive in more than one package.
Please wait a few days for all units to arrive before contacting us.
Shipping charges are calculated as a percentage of the total purchase
price.

Tracking an Order
You will receive an e-mail from us as soon as your order is shipped.
If your order was shipped via UPS, this e-mail will include a UPS tracking
number. You can then log on to www.ups.com
to track your order while en route. If you would like us to do the tracking
for you, send an e-mail to info@eltagolf.com,
or call us at 1.800.640.9801. Customer Service hours are Monday through
Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST. We will get back to you as soon as
we have the information on your package.

ELTAGOLF.COM does not release any information to any third party. Period.
We are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of your transactions.
We treat your credit card number and other personal data as carefully
as you do. E-mail addresses collected at ELTAGOLF.COM are only used
internally. During the transmission of your order, all of your personal
information is encrypted with our Secure Socket Layer, meaning it can

Warranty
Our products are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of
one (1) year from the original purchase date. Our products are warranted
against defective material or workmanship when used under normal playing
conditions. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by
accident, in shipment, unreasonable use, misuse and neglect. This warranty
does not cover third party workmanship.
